CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE CARD ON FILE TO BOOK Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled service. Within the 24 hours of the service booked, cancellations will be charged a nonrefundable fee of 50% of scheduled hair service total. No Show Policy If not notified that you are unable to make your appointment and do not show for your set appointment, you will be charged 50% of the hair service scheduled on date of appointment. You will not be able to book your next appointment until amount is payed.
